This dressing is the non-oil type flesh sour dressing using pickled Japanese plum. These dressings give your recipe refreshing acidity and plum flesh. It gives Japanese food such as Tofu a good kick.

Golden sesame with soybean milk

This dressing is cooked with rare golden sesame and nutrient-rich soybean milk. It matches the nutty flavor of golden sesame with the mellowness of soybean milk.
